Challenge

Built for marketplace complexity, not single-store ecommerce

The scope combined multi-vendor catalog and offer controls, hyperlocal delivery orchestration, vendor-scoped operations, assisted POS/OOB journeys, role-based permissions, push notifications, and auditable GraphQL contracts across applications.

Solution

Magento extended into a modular marketplace operating platform

We connected Magento backend modules, Vendor Dashboard, POS workflows, OOB assisted ordering, and a customer PWA through one GraphQL layer running on MariaDB, Redis, and OpenSearch.
