Challenge

Built for many vendors, not a single online store

The project combined vendor products and offers, local delivery, vendor accounts, assisted in-store sales, staff permissions, push notifications, and reliable GraphQL connections across the apps.

How the platform connects

Challenge

One connected build across customer apps, vendor tools, GraphQL APIs, and central controls.

Solution

Magento became the centre of the marketplace

We connected custom Magento modules, the vendor dashboard, in-store sales, assisted ordering, and the customer PWA through one GraphQL layer using MariaDB, Redis, and OpenSearch.
